About Aboveboard Evaluation and Research

Evaluation is a systems-based approach to planning and assessing the effectiveness of programs.
I apply my PhD in Community Resources and Development and 20 years of experience as a program evaluator, research specialist, and social scientist to plan, develop, and implement evaluation activities across all program phases. With my extensive cross-cultural experience working with Peace Corps programs, Native American communities, and refugee communities across the globe, I will collaborate with your organization and the communities you serve to implement evaluation activities that utilize a structured, data-driven, and use-based approach.
